The essence of Executive Coaching & Mentoring is that there should be a clear organisational benefit to be derived from the intervention. And so, typically, our Executive Coaching & Mentoring will be a three-way process involving a Sponsor, the Coachee (Client) and the Coach/Mentor. This group will together, discuss and agree the goals of the intervention and define what a good outcome would be from the process. At the end of the coaching or mentoring process the group reconvenes to discuss the outcomes and steps to support the Client going forward. Usually we will recommend a series of 5 coaching or mentoring sessions.
