Right from the start of our search project David demonstrated enthusiasm to really understand our organisation and the requirements of the role. He tested and challenged the brief and made sure he was clear before accepting the assignment.
David remained personally engaged throughout and demonstrated flexibility and openness at all times. The outcome of the process was a diverse and very well-qualified choice of candidates. At shortlist stage all three candidates were appointable, and with David’s support, we were able to secure an outstanding first choice candidate.

I worked with David when he was looking for a new Treasurer for the CIPD. I found David pleasant, thorough, professional and someone who treats prospective recruits as respectfully as he treats clients. Sensible, as those two positions can often switch, but cannot always be taken for granted.
